Fragile? What did you expect from hand-knotted pearls? FYI you underpaid what this collector's rosary is really worth which is over $200.00. Some people are just critical by nature.

Buyer ordered the soap in error and then wanted to exchange it for the night cream. I have a no refund no exchange policy in the items description. Some people can't read and then want to blame others for their illiteracy.
