Seller forgot to include IOSS, I got a letter to pay double tax. Contacted seller and got told I refused to pay my tax and I could return items. I tried to explain but seller doesn’t have intention to take responsibility. So I paid the double tax. Be aware of this store specially if you live in EU countries.
