Then 5 days after purchase when the emails suggested the order was being processed, I get a random refund for the DVD's with no explanation and no clarification of what was going on. While I appreciate that the refund was done, part of having a business is communication and this includes when there are issues. Cancellation and refund with no explanation is NOT how a company should do business.
