Per questo alternatore, richiediamo la spedizione della CARCASSA (a spese nostre), prima della spedizione della nostra parte. In questo caso, la carcassa del cliente ci è giunta COMPLETAMENTE distrutta in tutte le parti (REGOLATORE, PIASTRA, CUFFIETTA...), quindi non valutabile come reso. Abbiamo proposto al cliente la rispedizione e il rimborso completo, ma non ha voluto sentire ragioni. Segnaleremo ad ebay il suo feedback.
