I tried several times get help from the supplier and they say there is no problem, since they have sold several there must not be any . Even after sending pictures of the problem and the only possible mounting they insist there is no issue and I just need to make a new hole in my door. There are others mentioning the same problem. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you are willing to make new mounting holes for the left side.
