It s paint with no clear coat what so ever. You touch these rim to hard and they absolutley scratch, the paint came off so easy it s pathetic. Chinese cheap deceptive lie s. Yes they re made in China. Absolute waist off money, I m goining to have to have these powder coated myself considering I already got the tires on them. NOT FLIPPIN HAPPY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
