I ordered, then waited. After the delivery date had already passed, I received an email stating that the book was in worse condition than they advertised and they were not going to send it. They asked me to choose a different book, but when I did, they told me they could not send it because its price was too high.(+$3) So I offered to pay the difference. They responded by refunding my money. While I am glad they did, this took nearly a month to resolve, and the service people were very difficult
