    Two heavy Blenko glass bookends were not carefully packed. A small thin cardboard box arrived on schedule, but it was Empty, not even packing material. It only contained a form letter from the USPO saying the package was damaged in handling. Seller could have prevented this loss by adequately packing the bookends. I'm sad. I really wanted the bookends. I requested a full refund. Email message says the seller approved a full refund. I am watching my account. Seller offered No apology.

    I take packaging very seriously since I pay for shipping. I packed these bookends in bubble wrap with packing material including cardboard insert to separate them. I can't help what happens in transit. I did refund you in full. To allege otherwise is dishonest. As for an apology, I did say I was sorry. You should read your emails and not just the automated responses generated by ebay.
