Contacted seller within 5 mins, and seller attributed the flaw to me likely mishandling the boots when I opened the box. Seller sent a pic of the boots pre-packaging as proof item was fine. However, they were not when I received them. Possible damage occurred during shipping, but the seller did not acknowledge this, and seems to have taken the stance that this is the buyer’s problem. Definitely not great customer service or communication.
