    The seller is great, the product is good! However, I am not satisfied carrier DHL Express! The product didn't arrive in time. They SMS-ed that they need my email address and other information for custom clearance, as the product (shipment) has to be cleared at the customs. When the package arrived, I didn't get any documentation with it about that clearance procedure, nor did I have to pay any duties. So what was this all about the customs clearance?
