I missed the TESTED/FULLY FUNCTIONAL/CODE can be provided remark on far right of product page. Appearance: was as pictured. Package could have used some bubble wrap and there was no invoice in box which was odd. Condition: On install had power to board but nothing worked. Located 2 bad capacitors (which can fail at anytime), replaced them and everything works perfectly. Dealer responded to inquiry quickly.

We’ve been trying to get in contact with them because we need a receipt that includes the vin. We sent messages and when we purchased the item, we wrote it on the notes that we needed a receipt with the Vin number did not receive anything when the item came in. We still haven’t heard back from them very unprofessional. Even on their item description states it comes with vin upon request.
