    **IMPORTANT: READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER** Both faucet handles had scratches. The item was listed as "new open box," but the seller did not mention the scratches and did not provide pictures of the actual item. The seller was rude and accusatory towards me as a buyer. After I sent photos of the item I received, he even accused me of switching it. Fortunately, eBay stepped in, ruled in my favor, and provided me with a return label to send the item back to the seller.
