    I purchased 2 watches. The watches were brand new, just as described. They still had the shrink wrap on the packaging. I received them on the day they were promised. When I was setting them up I had to call Xplora customer service because the SIM cards were not working, apparently they had expired (who knew that could happen?). No worries, Xplora customer service provided me with a link to order a new SIM card and it was free. It should arrive in 2-4 days. Still a good experience.
