    BAIT AND SWITCH. Seller advertised and showed Anodized Aluminum Corrosion Resistant (plastic-lined) valve stem caps, but sent caps WITHOUT plastic lining that prevents corrosion. I won't even bother contacting seller again as this has happened twice now. Anyway, another instance of bait and switch; I did better on Amazon where another company actually sent what they advertised. So I guess eBay is not such a great place to get such items.
