    Item exactly as described and good quality. However, delivery experience was absolutely terrible. Seller used Yodel who sent false "out for delivery" notifications on 3rd, 4th & 5th Sept with no actual delivery attempts. Wasted 3 days waiting at home. Yodel customer service claimed they have "no contact with drivers" shocking for a logistics company. Tracking system completely unreliable. Finally delivered 9th Sept after major inconvenience. Recommend seller considers alternative courier service

The item was very well packed for posting and once the bent coupling had been straightened and the coal load washed with a nail brush and water the wagon costing £2.80 proved excellent value for money.
