Once the request was submitted, within the hour I had a 100% refund! Amazing exemplary SERVICE!

I asked for the expiration date of the pads after the order was placed and then was told that there were no pads as stated in the description. I looked again and did not see it in the description, but leaving positive feedback because he was responsive to my requests and I feel like it was a misunderstanding.
