Accepted no blame, but blamed shipping service. I had to argue for them to accept return. When they finally refunded me, they only gave a partial refund. I had to escalate the case to eBay to finally get full refund. Zero customer service skills. Definitely dont recommend. Side note: dont buy Neiman Marcus shakers from them; they're broken, & they've probably glued them back together to resell.
