The item is practically identical to the original, fully compatible, new, and well-made. I've installed and tested it, and it works perfectly. The package was very damaged and taped shut with extra tape, although luckily, the contents don't appear to have been damaged. While I understand it was the fault of the shipping and transport services, I would advise reinforcing the packaging in future shipments to prevent potential damage. Thank you
