Seller didn't owe me anything but they followed through with my request to sent the slabs boxed so I could avoid the heartbreak of a broken slab. He picked an extremely stiff box that had no chance in hell of bending. Bubble wrapped the most valuable slab and then kept them separated so they didn't scratch one another. Did all that for free. Phenomenal shipping job. A++ seller. Would buy from again in a heart beat.
