Had an issue with the supplied charging cord in which they promptly sent out another, original Apple cord free of charge which has eradicated the problem with the watch now working like new. Watch was tightly packaged, good value for money. Ric and Sara sorted out the issues I was having with no quibbles. Would definitely buy from them again!!
