I opened a return request and provided photos as proof. The seller initially accepted the return, but after receiving the item back, he only refunded 50% of my payment and falsely accused me of lying. I had to escalate the case to eBay, who reviewed the evidence and issued me a full refund. This was stressful and completely unnecessary.
