The seller shipped it media mail, so not only did it take forever to arrive, but six of the 16 items were completely broken. The seller did not wrap the items. Well, it was not secure or wrapped in a safe box. When messaging the seller they begrudgingly gave me an offer towards the broken items which I refused. The seller complained about the refund, eventually refunding me 30% of the item. Glad I got the refund,sad the item was broken.

I will admit I felt like a taped up old amazon box was not a great packaging choice considering the product box was already damaged (this was in the description and not an issue). Also realized after seeing the item that the horses were in worse shape than I was expecting. I'm still leaving a positive review because it was on me to pay more attention to photos. But it would have been nice to have a note saying something like "contents compromised" rather than "new in box".
