He/She told us the item has been damaged and only sent a few pictures about the packing box with one small holes 2. The pictures of the machines shown that the item was still in box and unwrapped, buyer said it was not working and no further pictures or video ever 3. We mentioned the possible custom duty for this item before shipment and tried our best to minimized the cost for our buyer, he/she accused us for this???
