    I purchased an item and 7 days later without explanation from the seller it was refunded. Although the seller didn’t know it was a birthday gift, I found it very inappropriate. Especially to wait 7 days!

    As I was packing up the elephant that was purchased, n noticed a chip in the trunk of the elephant. I emailed the buyer to let them know there was chip in the elephant n that I would be refunding her money. I offered the buyer a 20% discount of a future item n apologized for the inconvenience. I then received an email from the buyer chewing me out for refunding their money. I then sent another email to the buyer explaining the situation again. I had 10 days to mail out the elephant n I was sorry
