This was listed as leather on the main page, PU leather elsewhere in the listing. PU is not a term used in the US, and I was expecting leather. The packaging was minimal, it arrived from its overseas journey in a flimsy white plastic bag: no box, no cardboard, no protection. It was significantly bent during its trip, and has creases in it on the front & back that will not come out. It looks cheap and creased. I’m not sure if it’s look cheap or not for you I only sale the bags not made them if quality isn’t good enough for you you should consider to contact with Radley directly or buy some more expensive brand. I’m very sorry for disappoint but I offered partial refund or return and you refuse both. Thank you Joanna
