Seller Notes: “This antique Victorian era women's red chambray white cotton striped eyelet collar shirtwaist ... “This antique Victorian era women's red chambray white cotton striped eyelet collar shirtwaist blouse dates from the 1890s. It is made of a red chambray and white cotton woven stripe texture fabric, with a striped pattern design and pintuck details. This women's workwear shirtwaist blouse has a peplum skirted bottom drape, a high neck band collar with attached white cotton eyelet cutwork lace fold over collar, gathered puffed shoulders with long sleeves, fitted button cuffs, button closures down the front and is unlined. The top measures 17 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 26 inch waist, 21 inch long sleeve, a 12 inch back and 12 inch neck. It is in good as-is condition with some wear, a small frayed hole on the front top, shoulder and a patched mended repair with tiny frayed holes on the bottom back (see close-ups). This is truly a rare and wonderful piece of antique Victoriana women's workwear wearable art”
