Seller should take responsibility & pay the shipping herself to mail me the correct item. Any seller would do that. But she insisted I had to buy the hat again (so now I have paid for it twice) & pay the shipping AGAIN & she would not send me the right hat until she received the other item back. Definitely not a sensible way to do business. Seller paid return shipping. A new purchase has to be started to generate a new transaction, otherwise the buyer would get everything for free as the first transaction must be refunded per ebay policy. This has been explained repeatedly to the buyer. Hat was shipped with the new purchase, before the wrong item was received. Shipping is stated on every item before buying. MS to CA is high.
