    The item is as described and arrived safely, although it wasn't packed properly. It was packed in an envelope instead of a rigid box. Granted, it was wrapped in some padding, which I appreciate but, nevertheless, it should have been packed in a rigid box.

    Hi, and thanks for input. For single inkjet cartridges still in retail packaging, we use bubble or poly-mailers lined with shipping foam for such small items, but never envelopes. This helps on shipping cost when compared to using a 6x6x6 box. Canon cartridges are quite rigid, and sit in a sealed protective plastic container inside the retail box. That being said, if you encounter any issues with the cartridge down the road, even after 30 days, please reach out to us. Thanks for your purchase
