This item is new soft silky like material. This scarf as is the black one I ordered are over 5 feet in length. That is a lot of wrapping material for the sellers price of $6.47 cents for each item.

The price for each scarf was a great value and the quality itself is really more than the sellers asking price. Each scarf is over 5 foot.
