    My negative experience has nothing to do with the product because I haven't received it yet. I placed my order on 10/17/25. A week later I contacted the seller because there was no tracking information. The response, "I apologize for the delay. I'm so sorry I forgot to ship your item. I'll process the shipment as soon as possible." There still was no tracking info as of the 27th. I told the seller to cancel my order and refund my money. Miraculously there was a tracking number today.
