But that's a defect in the device not a seller problem. If you can, cascade a couple of the two port models with external PSU to not have to listen to the whine.

However when I received it, there were bent pins in the CPU socket that caused it not to work with several memory slots. I reached out to the seller who definitely worked to quickly initiate a return. Because the seller had the item well packaged, it was clean, and overall was a needed replacement, I re-rodered another board from him no questions asked. Great seller!
