All plastic bags were ripped open in transit and each individual items boxes were all damaged when items were received.

I contacted seller and he/she immediately attempted to understand and correct the issue. Alas, I am impatient and figured out if I heat it with a blow dryer it was mostly usable. Seller offered me 5 bucks back, I didn't bother, I just kept a eye while preheating product and got many prints and practice. The stuff cracked into chunks here and there, but I was printing!
