- b***n (36)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI’m a little upset that this was described as “Brand new”, but it had been used. The plastic casing had been opened and was stapled together and the 3 wood cover was used and browned. Seller claims they did not notice either of these issues, but I have a hard time believing that.Reply from: bksgolf- Feedback replied by seller bksgolf.- Feedback replied by seller bksgolf.I replied to you that I hadn't noticed any browning of the 3 wood cover because I hadn't. The pictures are pretty closeup and clear. As far as the staples go many plastic covers are stapled by the retail stores they're sold in due to them cracking or opened accidentally. I responded to your initial message and could've bet that you'd respond with a negative review.
