Was able to get resurface. Probably happened due to poor packaging. Case was completely broken, you could hear disc rattling around before I even opened it. I decided to keep since I wanted the special artwork. However, still not happy. Could have been avoided if seller would just use better packaging and put something inside to protect disc.
