    This item is brand new and comes in a lovely solid cylinder container as described in several photos of this listing. The glue this buyer refers to is a glue that manufacturer puts at the bottom of the powder container to keep it intact to the box to protect during transport. I think this is a great idea since this pressed powder can break during transport. I have had many experiences like this over the years. Sadly this buyer don't like it, but majority of buyer appreciate the secure ship.
