Seller must have settings set in such a way that a postage label is automatically sent out if needed, but the label provided only covered up to 2kg and my returned weighed 2.5kg. I eventually managed to get the right label, but even after sending it back, the seller wouldn't refund me. Had to send ebay all the proof of delivery stuff to get my money back as the seller ignored me after it was delivered. Best avoid this one.
