Everything was packaged safely in a toploader and bubble wrap for extra protection. The customer service is amazing with great communication and updates. The shipping and delivery was also really fast (I think it took about a week and a half to arrive from Japan to the UK). I don’t remember what the estimated time of arrival was supposed to be, but it arrived in just a week, which is great! The processing of ur order takes longer, but they inform u about that and u can get a faster processing if u pay a small fee. The price deal for the set i bought was great!
