They replied next day agreeing to send out a replacement, no arguments. I got it a few days later, must have been on a very quick dispatch. First delivery took about 6 days. I would use them again as the service and quality of the items are really really good at a 10th of the price I would have to pay at the dealer.

So far unit is working as intended and quality looks very good. Packaging was also very good. Overall, i'd recommend this company.
