Unfortunately, the cpu socket on the motherboard was damaged by the cpu cover coming loose during shipping. Seller was quick to respond with remediation options, but in the end I decided to try and fix the damage since shipping back and forth seemed wasteful for the value of the motherboard. Despite this issue, I would buy from this seller again.*8th + 9th Gen Only* Gigabyte Q370M D3H GSM PLUS LGA 1151 mATX Motherboard (#376424825506)

Initially, the laptop didn't work well (memory was faulty), but the seller quickly resolved the issue and went as far as to send me a replacement part with upgrade! Absolutely phenomenal service, and everything else about the device is as described. Great value for everything I got for the very device I'm typing this review on right now. Unfortunately, there was a bent and broken capacitor along the bottom. I was able to reach the seller right away, and they just as rapidly offered a replacement with priority shipping. In the end they even let me keep the damaged board. Nomad Tech Renew handled everything very professionally, and I would certainly recommend them.
