The item differed from the description, which was 'new and unworn.' Somebody pulled a button off, but it is the bottom button on the ribbing so it is not very noticeable, and replacement buttons are provided. Otherwise the cardigan is in nice condition and the price was good. Packing was fine and arrival was on time. Overall, a good purchase.
