Seller stated they shipped on Aug 19th when record shows it was actually Aug 22nd. Here it is 16 days later and my item hasn't updated since its origin in Japan. Its past the scheduled delivery date Aug 28 and nothing...not even a message from the seller who is also negligent in answering messages or responding to questions asked.
