    After I paid for the item, a shipping label was created, but the item never shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times - never got a response. I finally had to file a report through ebay and the seller reached out, asking if I still wanted the item, or a refund. I told them I still wanted the item if it could be shipped promptly - again, no response from seller. A few days later the item still hadn't shipped, and I suddenly receive a refund. Very poor communication, glad to have my $ back
