The seller was kind and helpful when I messaged them about a couple of oddities and issues. (e.g., an obscure BIOS setting) They will treat you fairly and make sure you're happy. It was decently packaged so not sure exactly what happened from packaging through transit to cause this. Regardless, customer service responded quickly and provided a refund for the item.
