Plus, communication throughout the process was extremely poor. When the seller eventually responded to an inquiry I made, they explained they had been away and were resuming shipments. However, the dolls were still never shipped. Eventually, I had to request a full refund and purchase from another seller. So, yeah, go support a REAL ebay seller.
