It is a little longer than the Craftsman cable. It will not work without some jury rigging. Since I am handy with mechanical things I made it work. But it is not a direct replacement for the Craftsman cable. Others who are not so handy cannot make this work. I think you should remove your claim from the website that it fits this model Craftsman.
