You sent back joy cons that were supposed to be defective but they worked flawlessly. However you did use them for a week and sent them back in toilet paper instead of the original packaging. Of course I offered a free repair via warranty, that's the service we provide, however there was no defect, the "buyer" just wanted to bypass the no return policy because he decided he wanted to rent custom controllers and have me pay to ship them both ways. <3 Ebay
