Shipping was smooth and well packaged. Hell of a discount to getting a brand new unopened pair from Raycon's site. The headphones themself have decent sound and hold a good charge. The bass sound option makes everything not bass sound muffled. Still figuring out how to get the headphones to discern between one tap (volume) and two taps (pause).
