    My BMW screen was held up in Canada (tariff problem, probably). I contacted the seller daily, and they always responded to me. Since the package took a long time with no tracking information out of Canada, they refunded me the full price and shipping. I know things happen and they made every effort to remedy the situation, but it was beyond their control. A full refund was given. I would buy again because I know they are honest.
