The little mark next to the 2 symbol must be an open oval shape and not a dot. Visible most easily on the 1865 J10 25 pi stamp! Early pre-1920 Turkey stamps yield a tremendous amount of inadvertent classification mistakes, especially among the 1909, 1905, 1908 and 1909 issue types, and 1915 and 1916 star overprints.
