I'd still do business with the seller again, though.

Seller promptly found correct part & quickly sent it out, while I returned the incorrect one. The item is exactly what I was needing. Seller had excellent communication. - e***5 (127)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasenice to work with, i made a comment on non return but corrected it. i did see they sent a refund now. but the shipping was very poor just a soft wrapping package and glass battery tool was all broken-up, should of been packaged correctly i would think to use inexpensive bubble wrap you think? now i have to find a company that is willing to ship glass idem correctly so i do not have beg for a refund for $8 now he block me... sellers fault he should take a class in how to ship FRAGILE GLASS.Reply from: parts_locker01- Feedback replied by seller parts_locker01.- Feedback replied by seller parts_locker01.The buyer was given a full refund the day he filed the return for the damaged part.
